Muthill Oil Club
MVT has run a local oil bulk buying club for several years. We are helped in this by the staff at Drummond Estate Office who co-ordinate the orders and source the best price.
​You must be a member of MVT to benefit. If you are not already a member please go to the online form and join before ordering. Associate members who live within roughly a 3 mile radius of Muthill may also benefit from oil bulk buying- please check with us and we will let you know. We try to keep to a small geographical area so that we can get the best possible price for members.
How Does it Work?
The method for organising bulk buys is simple:​

Members then use the form below to order oil. The minimum order is 500 litres

Drummond Estate staff collate orders and ask suppliers to price.

We place the order with the lowest supplier and you receive an email confirming the likely date and cost.

The supplier invoices you direct, MVT do not deal with any payments.

Once ordered, if you have any queries you must contact the oil supplier, not MVT or Drummond Estate Office.

Do not order oil through the oil club if you are running very low as we cannot guarantee a delivery before you run out.
Do not order oil with the oil club if you are particular about your supplier- we choose the cheapest!
Do not order unless a buying date has been notified.
Please note that the Muthill Oil Club email account is not checked other than when there is a bulk buy so you may not get an immediate response if you email this account.
